Can't Log In

Common Solutions#

1. Make sure you're using the correct email address
2. Try resetting your password (see "Reset Your Password")
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
4. Try a different browser or incognito/private window
5. Check if your account was created with Google sign-in instead of email

Account Locked#

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password.
