Payment Failed

Common Causes#

  • Insufficient funds on the card
  • Card has expired
  • Bank blocked the transaction (international purchases)
  • Incorrect billing information

Steps to Fix#

  1. Check your card details in Settings > Membership & Billing
  2. Ensure the card hasn't expired
  3. Contact your bank to authorize the payment
  4. Try a different payment method
